Family Sharing!!

OK so why did apple let you share all your apps, music, and books with 5 of your closest friends, (napster let you share with all of your closest friends in the world...

Icloud does not really work if more than one person is using the account, it will merge you contacts with your daugters contacts, and now it lets all of your devices ring when you get a phone call, it is really annoying to get someone elses calls on your phone...

Family sharing lets you set up an icloud account for every member of your family so that you can turn on the merging contacts bookmarks and other things that don't jive well with people sharing an account, while all of you can still enjoy all those .99 cent apps that you downloaded over the years and don't play anymore.

Also, you can turn on or off the 'find my iphone' for each person you are sharing with, plus everyone gets their own 5 gigs for free on the icloud, which is not nearly enough to be usefull.

Also, if the person is a minor you are sharing with, they will use your credit card, and if it is another adult, they will have the option to buy their own purchases.

Note that you can not just add someone, share a whole bunch of apps, and then delete them, it will deactivate the apps on that persons device.

Multiple Iphones Ipads ringing when you get a phone call:

So this is one really anoying feature of ios8 if you have upgraded, all of the sudden, everyones phone will ring if one person gets a phone call, believe it of not, this is a feature of IOS 8 that would be beneficial if everyone had their own account (see above). But if you are not ready for everyone to have their own, you must go to

Settings

FaceTime (why did they put is under facetime???)

Iphone Cellular Calls need to be turned off!

New Ipad air 2

There is a new ipad air 2, and ipad mini3

The ipad mini 3 is a minor step up, so the best thing about the ipad mini 3 is that the ipad mini 2 and 1 are cheaper now, they added a fingerprint touch id to the 3....!

Ipad air 2: this is more exciting, it has a triple core precessor, so things should be a lot faster, and it has a matte screen (the first ipad with a matte) for less glare and reflections. Also they doubled the internal ram, which should make switching between 2 apps really fast now. It also has slightly better cameras.
