The Iphone 4S is out, and looks a lot like the iphone 4 on the outside.
The the 8 megapixel camera is supposed to be much impoved. The movie mode has image stabilization, but the best bet for the killer feature is Siri. With the faster A5 processor and impoved software, Siri will do things that would be too slow to process on previous iphones.
I cloud is a nice feature, it brings a dropbox like feature to the iphone.
Perhaps even bigger news is the 4gs is free with a service contract now.

Lion has a lot of new features, the mutitouch is a nice touch, but the loss of powerpc applications is a deal killer for some. Frontrow is also gone for those that still use it.
